Olamide David (Ola) is a public policy researcher and Project Coordinator at the Initiative for Policy Dialogue (IPD). Before IPD, she worked as an Adviser at the United Nations in New York, where she led and supported the negotiation of UN policy resolutions for the Mission of Nigeria. Ola holds a master’s degree in international educational management from the University of Leeds.
Her research focuses on the development agenda of the global south and the policies that drive them. She is currently exploring how and why education decentralization policies may or may not achieve their intended objectives in sub-Saharan African countries.
