JICA/AIF/IEA/IPD Host Young African Scholar Program at the 17th IEA Congress

Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and African Innovation Foundation (AIF) cosponsored the Young African Scholar Program.

The program is designed by Dr. Celestin Monga from the world bank and organized by International Economic Association (IEA) and Professor Akbar Noman and Professor Joseph Stiglitz from IPD.  This one day program allows young African scholars to share their research, learn and build networks with the international economic community.
