In August in Moldova we did a half-day workshop on privatization and covering sovereign debt crises.

The speakers included IPD director Shari Spiegel, World Bank economist David Ellerman and privatization expert Gerard Roland who teaches at University of California at Berkeley. About 25 local reporters attended from both print and television.
